If we are unable to find a suitable opponent for your match within 24 hours, the match will be automatically canceled. In this case, your full stake will be refunded - regardless of whether you played with real money or coconuts.

You can view the current status of your match in your history at any time. To do this, open the user menu by clicking on your avatar in the navigation bar and go to “History”. There you will find all the details about your match.

We will also inform you about the outcome of the match in the Notification Center, which you can also access via the user menu. This way you will always be up to date and can continue playing without any worries!
