“Waiting for players” means that we are currently looking for a suitable opponent for your match. This usually only takes a few minutes, but can take a little longer depending on availability.

In the meantime, you can sit back and relax - we will inform you in the Notification Center as soon as an opponent has been found and the match starts. You don't have to do anything else and can be sure that we will assign you an opponent with a similar skill level.

If we cannot find a suitable opponent within 24 hours, the match will be automatically canceled and your participation fee will be refunded in full. This way we guarantee you a fair gaming experience without you having to worry!
