I have experienced a bug - what should I do?

If you have experienced a bug, please send an email to [email protected]. Please provide the following information so that we can help you quickly:

  • MatchID: You can find this in the details section on the respective match details page. You can access the match details page via your history.

If you have lost your participation fee due to a bug, we will of course refund you the corresponding amount. If possible, please also include screenshots or videos to help us analyze the problem.
